Final regulations have now been issued as to the employer mandate under the Affordable Care Act to offer healthcare coverage to full-time employees beginning in 2015.
This webinar provides an overview of the regulations, including which employers are subject to the mandate, how to determine who are full-time employees, what coverage must be offered and how penalties are calculated if the mandate is not satisfied.
