On Nov. 4, 2021, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued an Emergency Temporary Standard requiring employees of large employers, including educational institutions, to either get vaccinated or test negative on a weekly basis. The ETS also requires large employers to provide employees with paid leave to get vaccinated and recover from vaccinations, and requires unvaccinated employees to wear a mask at work.
Join a panel of McGuireWoods education lawyers for an overview of the new OSHA ETS and other vaccine-mandate laws, an update on recent litigation developments, and the implications for institutions of higher education.
