You are invited to join leading professionals in the fintech community at the 3 West Club as we delve into the evolving landscape of innovation and risk with a CLE panel featuring former Superintendent of the New York State Department of Financial Services Maria Vullo and Commissioner of the former California Department of Financial Institutions Teveia Barnes. McGuireWoods partner Kevin Frankel will moderate a lively discussion on “risky business” including crypto, cannabis, and what we can all expect moving forward in fintech from a state regulatory perspective.

A networking reception will follow including small bites, open bar, and a tasting of exclusive wines curated by FTI’s Jaco Sadie.

McGuireWoods proudly provides legal counsel and support to entrepreneurs, fintech companies, and bank partners to innovate and change the financial services industry. FTI consults and advises regulated entities such as fintechs and banks to enable them to excel and grow in a complex regulatory environment.
