Partner Chris Michalik and associate Jen Campbell recently spoke at the Richmond Human Resources Management Association’s (RHRMA) February chapter meeting “Hot Topics in Employment Law.” Chris’ presentation focused on the Employee Free Choice Act, and Jen spoke on the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act. McGuireWoods alumna Robyn Carlson, senior counsel with Dominion Resources, spoke on employee benefits under the Obama Administration. RHRMA is the Richmond chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
