McGuireWoods labor and employment partners David Greenspan (Tysons) and Chris Michalik (Richmond) made separate presentations at the Annual Employment Law Seminar for the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management on Feb. 24, 2009. More than 150 people attended. Chris spoke about the status and potential impact of the Employee Free Choice Act, and David spoke about business torts and forensics in the high-tech business sector.
