Counsel Heather Nixon Stevenson was a guest speaker at two recent events. She was a panelist at the Urban Land Institute Hampton Roads’ “ABC’s of Pending Stormwater Regulations” program on Jan. 26, where she spoke on “The Chesapeake Bay TMDL and Stormwater in Virginia.”
