Brussels partner Matthew Hall chaired a panel at the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s Spring Meeting held in Washington, D.C. The Spring Meeting is the largest antitrust and consumer protection conference in the world. The panel, “Advising Decision-Makers on Antitrust Risks Globally,” was moderated by Fiona Schaeffer of Jones Day and the panelists were Noah Hanft, general counsel at Mastercard Worldwide; Karen Linehan, general counsel of Sanofi; Julian Miezitis, head of legal services, global competition and compliance, for Associated British Foods; and Ron Stern, senior competition counsel for General Electric Co.
