Partner Matthew Hall appeared on a panel titled “Developments in Civil Litigation in the EU” at a Post-Annual Leadership Training event hosted by the American Bar Association, Section of Antitrust Law. The panel addressed recent developments in private competition litigation in the EU, such as the proposed new damages directive. Matthew serves as Vice Chair on the International Committee of the Section of Antitrust Law. A copy of the slide presentation is available for download.
