McGuireWoods Antitrust and Trade Regulation partners Howard Feller (Richmond), Amy Manning (Chicago) and Matthew Hall (Brussels) spoke recently at the Spring Meeting of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law. The event is held every year in Washington, D.C., and is the largest and most important antitrust conference worldwide.
Howard, who served last year as chair of the section and remains an officer, moderated a panel titled “Women in Antitrust: Does Gender Matter?” and a Fireside Chat session with the president of Brazil’s competition enforcement agency, CADE.
Amy was a speaker on a panel titled “Leniency Program and Cooperation Post Financial Crisis.” She is currently co-chair of committee operations for the section.
Matthew, who is vice chair of the Section’s Economics Committee, chaired a panel titled “One Directive, Many Directions: Global Damages Litigation.”
