The presentation included interactive discussions on recordings in the workplace, must-have provisions in severance agreements, social media background checks, disciplining employees for off-duty conduct, and drafting air-tight restrictive covenants. The presentation developed as a partnership between McGuireWoods and the Northern Virginia chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
