Counsel Megan Haines and Associate Miles Indest will be speaking at the 71st Annual Oil and Gas Law Conference on “Litigation Over ‘Informal’ Oil and Gas Deals and Agreements.”
Partner Phyllis Young will serve as program chair for the track entitled “US Transactional Module” and partner Patrick Knapp will moderate “Getting the Deal Done: A Discussion of Key Negotiation Points in Oil and Gas M&A.”
This session will explore the strategies for dealing with disputes that arise from informal oil and gas deals where either the relationship has not been “papered up“ or the papers no longer reflect the relationship.
