FERC Enforcement Reporter Access

The McGuireWoods FERC Enforcement Reporter is a tool to help our clients and friends quickly identify FERC enforcement cases and policy statements that have addressed a particular enforcement subject of interest, whether it be discussion of substantive topics, such as market manipulation, substantive sub-topics, such as FERC-jurisdiction over virtual trading, or procedural topics such as the circumstances surrounding self-reports and the variety of penalties and sanctions issued.

Designed to be a user-friendly resource that organizes information about cases topically, the Reporter organizes key terms alphabetically and provides pinpoint citations to paragraphs of FERC cases discussing those key terms.
