Charlottesville partner Jim Neale was quoted in a story published in the Richmond Times-Dispatch on Jan. 11 about the passing of pro bono client Bennett S. Barbour. Jim helped Barbour regain the right to vote after DNA testing proved him innocent of a 1978 rape. Barbour, who was able to vote for the first and last time in November, died of bone cancer on Jan. 10.
