Brussels partner Matthew Hall (Antitrust and Trade Regulation) is a contributing writer to the 2015 Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments, published in spring 2016 by the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law. Hall wrote contributions for the UK in Chapter 12, “Antitrust and International Commerce.”
According to the ABA website, the publication “summarizes the 2015 antitrust-related developments in courts, governmental agencies and the U.S. Congress.”
A frequent writer and speaker on antitrust law topics, Hall serves as vice chair of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s Economics Committee, and he is a past vice chair of its International Committee. He also is a member of the steering group of the ABA Section of International Law’s International Antitrust Law Committee. He recently presented at the Spring Meeting of the ABA’s Section of Antitrust Law, where he chaired a panel titled “One Directive, Many Directions: Global Damages Litigation.”
