McGuireWoods London partner Matthew Hall contributed to the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law’s “2019 Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments,” published May 4, 2020. In the 425-page book, Hall wrote about last year’s UK antitrust/competition law and merger control developments.
According to the ABA, “For over 40 years, Antitrust Law Developments and its annual supplements have been recognized as the most authoritative and comprehensive set of research tools for antitrust practitioners. The 2019 Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments summarizes developments during 2019 in the courts, at the agencies, and in Congress.”
Hall is a member of McGuireWoods’ Antitrust, Trade & Commercial Litigation Department. He has held various leadership positions with the ABA’s Section of Antitrust Law and currently is a member of its Special Operations Team: Serial Podcast Programming.
