McGuireWoods associate Jasmine Gardner has been named an Influential Black Lawyer in Charlotte by Pride Magazine in its May-June 2022 issue. Only seven attorneys were honored on the recognition list.
Gardner represents corporate clients in the financial services, construction, trucking and healthcare industries in class actions and complex commercial litigation matters. Among her many accolades, she was selected for inclusion on the 2021 and 2022 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for commercial litigation and, last year, the National Black Lawyers named her to its Top 40 Under 40 list. The North Carolina Pro Bono Resource Center also inducted Gardner into its 2019 Pro Bono Honor Society.
Gardner represented McGuireWoods in the Community Building Initiative’s 2019 Leaders Under 40 program, “a leadership development program that convenes and supports a diverse, cross-sector group of emerging community leaders.”
She earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Old Dominion University and her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
