Reuters, Law 360, Bloomberg Law, Commercial Dispute Resolution and the Southeast Texas Record are among the news outlets that covered the recent arrival of partner Jeremiah Anderson, who joined McGuireWoods’ Business & Securities Litigation Department in Houston.
Anderson, who represents businesses in complex commercial and environmental tort matters, brings nearly two decades of experience representing multinational companies in commercial litigation, including energy and construction industry disputes. He represents corporate clients in trial and appellate courts throughout the United States and in domestic and international arbitrations.
Anderson is the fifth partner since the beginning of 2021 to join McGuireWoods’ Houston office, where nearly 30 lawyers practice in the areas of business and securities litigation, restructuring and insolvency, labor and employment, intellectual property litigation, healthcare, M&A, private equity and tax law.
The Southeast Texas Record and Law360 covered Anderson’s arrival in stories published on July 18. Commercial Dispute Resolution carried the news on July 20. The move also was reported in Reuters’ July 20 “The Daily Docket” newsletter, Bloomberg Law’s “Business & Practice” daily newsletter, and by Corporate Counsel Business Journal.
