Law360, Bloomberg Law, the Daily Journal and International Employment Lawyer were among the media outlets covering the arrival of partner Timothy Rusche, who joined the firm’s Labor & Employment Department in downtown Los Angeles.
Rusche defends employers in wage-and-hour class and collective actions, as well as matters involving alleged workplace harassment, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation and breach of employment contracts. Rusche told Law360 he was drawn to McGuireWoods by the depth of its national labor and employment team and the firm’s collegial atmosphere.
