Soller, who joined the firm’s Financial Services & Securities Enforcement Department in Pittsburgh.
Soller came to McGuireWoods after serving as managing director and senior managing counsel for litigation at BNY, where he worked for over 15 years. He is the third partner to join the firm’s Pittsburgh office in 2025.
Soller told Law360 in a Feb. 13, 2025, story that his experience enhances McGuireWoods’ financial services capabilities, citing the firm’s capabilities representing prominent financial institutions in complex litigation, transactional and regulatory compliance matters.
“I understand the demands of financial institutions from the inside, and the client-service attention necessary to meet those demands from the outside,” Soller said. “In addition, McGuireWoods has a team-oriented approach to client service that appeals to me.”
