Blake Christopher, an associate in McGuireWoods’ Government Investigations & White Collar Litigation Department in Washington, D.C., joined the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General on Feb. 1. In his new role, he serves as the office’s primary lobbyist to state and federal legislators and supports civil litigation matters. His last day at McGuireWoods was Jan. 29, 2021.
At McGuireWoods, Christopher focused his practice on federal and state procurement, government investigations and regulatory compliance. He represented clients including government agencies, Fortune 500 companies and local start-ups. His experience also included prosecution of government contract claims and defense of government contracts investigations.
