McGuireWoods advised longtime private equity client Summit Park in leading a recapitalization of Ledge Lounger Inc., a deal Summit Park executed in partnership with Digital Fuel Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Summit Park invests in lower middle-market consumer, services and industrial growth businesses. Ledge Lounger is a creator and branded leader of swimming pool furniture and accessories for homes and resorts around the world.
Charlotte partner H. Ramsey White III led the McGuireWoods team representing Summit Park with assistance from associate Richard P. “We are grateful for the opportunity to assist Summit Park in this strategic investment and look forward to continuing our relationship and helping our client achieve its business goals,” White said.
McGuireWoods recently represented Summit Park in its sale of portfolio company Fast Growing Trees.
McGuireWoods consistently ranks among the leaders in U.S. and global M&A deals — including private equity transactions — in league tables published by Bloomberg and Refinitiv. The firm was recently rated a “powerhouse” for private company and straightforward M&A deals in a report published by BTI.
