Virginia Lawyers Weekly has honored McGuireWoods Richmond partner Lucy Jewett Wheatley as one of its 2022 “Go To Lawyers” for intellectual property law. The honorees, selected for their experience and client successes, will be profiled in a Sept. 26, 2022, special section of Virginia Lawyers Weekly.
Wheatley is an intellectual property litigator and trial attorney who has won complex cases in jurisdictions across the country. She handles trademark, trade dress, copyright and false advertising disputes for some of the world’s top companies. In addition, she manages international enforcement programs for major brands and counsels clients on worldwide branding strategies, trademark clearance and advertising review.
