The National Law Journal has named partner Sabrina A. Beldner, chair of McGuireWoods’ Labor & Employment Department, an Employment & Discrimination Law Trailblazer. The honorees were profiled in a special section published Sept. 5, 2023.
Based in Century City, California, Beldner is a sought-after attorney for clients in high-stakes discrimination and wage-and-hour litigation, and traditional labor matters nationwide. She represents national and multinational companies in individual, class, and representative action claims and labor law matters and conducts high-level employee misconduct investigations and management training on preventing workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation. She counsels management in collective-bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations and in unfair labor practice proceedings. She also advises management on union avoidance, union campaigns and collective-bargaining issues.
Beldner, former chair of McGuireWoods’ LGBTQ+ Lawyers Network, is a mentor with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
Her leadership, versatility and the results she delivers for clients earned her a place on the NLJ Trailblazers list.
