McGuireWoods Tysons associate Keith Minson joined Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) as a legal director on Jan. 16, 2024.
In his new role, Minson advises on government and commercial contracts, international activities, and other legal and business matters. He also helps prevent disputes and litigation by proactive, early involvement and mediation in business transactions, and manages disputes and related litigation. His last day at McGuireWoods was Jan. 12, 2024.
Minson, who joined McGuireWoods in 2018, was a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. He helped clients navigate the litigation process, from initial discovery to pretrial motions and trial, representing large energy companies and other corporations in federal and state courts in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Before joining the firm, Minson served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Bruce D. White of the Fairfax Circuit Court. He also spent more than two years as an assistant commonwealth attorney in Fairfax County, Virginia, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony criminal offenses. Keith graduated cum laude from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School and he was selected for inclusion four years in a row in the commercial litigation category of “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.”
