McGuireWoods advised longtime private equity client Summit Park in its majority recapitalization of technology consulting firm Hylaine LLC.
Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hylaine provides strategic consulting and digital transformation services to enterprise clients across industries, including financial services, insurance, industrial and healthcare. The transaction marks Summit Park’s fourth platform acquisition in its fourth fund, Summit Park IV, L.P.
Summit Park is a Charlotte-based private investment firm focused on investing in lower middle market businesses. Since its founding, Summit Park has made over 45 investments in the lower middle market totaling more than $2 billion in enterprise value.
Partner H. Ramsey White III led the McGuireWoods team advising Summit Park, which included associates Abigail Maner and Emily Blair. Raj Natarajan, Paul Navarro and Allison Tanner also assisted in the transaction.
