McGuireWoods’ Peter Farley to Join Precision Aviation Group

McGuireWoods Atlanta partner Peter Farley will join Precision Aviation Group as chief legal officer, where he will have responsibility for all legal matters and compliance. His last day at the firm is April 2, 2025, and he will begin his new role on April 8.

Farley, who joined McGuireWoods’ Labor & Employment Department as a partner in 2014, represents clients in labor and employment, ERISA and general business litigation matters. He handles individual, class action, and collective action employment and ERISA litigation, as well as all phases of labor and employment advice, counseling and training. Among his honors, Farley was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and the Legal 500 United States.

Farley earned his B.A. from North Carolina State University and his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where he was the executive articles editor for the Journal of Legislation.
