Nicole focuses her practice on energy and utility regulation. Specifically, she assists in representing regulated energy companies before state utility commissions, including the State Corporation Commission of Virginia.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Nicole served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joel C. Hoppe of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia. While in law school, Nicole served as the editor-in-chief for the Journal of Law and Technology and Chancellor of the Walter Scott McNeill Law Honor Society.
