Samantha E. Aparicio Wallace

Sam focuses her practice on corporate lending transactions, including syndicated lending, multicurrency financing facilities, and acquisition financings.

Sam received her law degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. While in law school she served as co-captain of the Lambda Moot Court Team and co-chair of the Multicultural, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee.
