Camille is a member of the firm’s Financial Services & Securities Enforcement Department. She represents corporate and individual clients in internal and government investigations as well as civil enforcement and regulatory matters involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Camille was a litigator at a large New York law firm where she maintained a broad-based practice, which included representing financial institutions and corporations in matters relating to civil government enforcement, internal investigations, and securities and regulatory enforcement. She also assisted private equity firms on a range of anti-corruption and international risk issues. Camille attended the George Washington University Law School where she graduated with honors and was an articles editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal.
