Kate practices within the Corporate and Private Equity department as a fund formation lawyer. Kate represents both investment advisers and other sponsors in the formation and management of private funds and institutional and individual investors with respect to their investments in private funds.
Kate received her undergraduate degree from Davidson College and her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she served as the executive editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy and the research editor for the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum.
