Kristen’s practice covers many aspects of commercial real estate law, including big-box and shopping center retail, commercial leasing, and general commercial real estate transactions. She has assisted sellers, purchasers, landlords, and tenants on the various issues associated with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions, including land acquisition, subdivision, utility, roadway, and other land development matters. Proud to be a Veteran, she understands the need to protect the things that matter to you. During her 10 years of military service, she flew onboard the “Mighty P-3C Orion” as a Naval Flight Officer serving with honorable and meritorious distinction.
Kristen graduated first in her class from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. While in law school, Kristen served as executive editor
for the Florida Coastal Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. She also worked in the Florida Coastal Family Law Clinic,
volunteered at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, and completed externships for the Honorable Daniel Wilensky, Fourth Judicial Circuit, and the State Attorney’s
Office, Fourth Judicial Circuit.
