Nick’s practice is concentrated on discovery services, particularly electronic discovery. His experience includes document review project management, conducting quality control to ensure the accuracy of document review, formulating search terms, preparing privilege logs, and thoroughly analyzing documents to evaluate their potential impact on clients. Nick’s experience also includes German language document review and translation.
Prior to working in the field of electronic discovery, Nick’s work focused on litigation where he prepared pleadings, counseled clients, worked with expert witnesses, and appeared in both state and federal court to argue motions.
