Addison’s practice focuses on financial services, energy and complex commercial litigation. Addison represents corporations and national financial institutions in a wide variety of high-stakes litigation in both state and federal court.
Addison is passionate about pro bono work and using her legal skills to serve the community, as demonstrated by her involvement in various community and charitable events in the Dallas community, and in Texas at large.
Addison graduated from the Villanova University School of Law where she was selected for and served as the Chairman of the Moot Court Board and competed in numerous, prestigious competitions across the country. In addition, Addison worked as a legal extern for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
Prior to law school, Addison worked in the insurance industry at a Fortune 100 Company, and is knowledgeable about risk management and resolving coverage issues.

- Counsel for plaintiff in bet-the-company defamation and related business tort litigation matters
- Counsel for financial institutions in responding to requests from governmental agencies including the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
- Defeated motion for temporary restraining order brought by defendant in advertising and defamation suit.
- Secured directed verdict at trial for mortgage servicer against real estate investment scheme.
- Represented non-profit charitable organization in resolving contentious non-compete matter.
- Obtained summary judgment for strategic business and taxation planning entity in complicated breach of contract matter.
