Josh concentrates his practice in the corporate lending area, with an additional focus on leveraged finance. He structures, negotiates and documents a variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured financing arrangements, domestic and international leveraged acquisition financings, single bank and syndicated credit agreements, multicurrency and cross-border financing facilities, and first lien and second lien transactions for clients that include institutional investors, alternative lenders and national banking institutions. Josh also has extensive experience representing lenders in distressed financings, workouts and restructurings.
Josh has experience in the syndicated loan market across a wide variety of industry sectors, including sports, technology, industrial, healthcare and consumer and retail.
He earned a Law and Business Certificate from Vanderbilt Law School and Owen School of Management.

- Represented a national bank as lead arranger and administrative agent in a $450 million syndicated secured cross-border credit facility.
- Represented a national bank as lead arranger and administrative agent in the restructuring of a syndicated credit facility for a public international utility power provider.
- Represented an alternative lender as lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $90 million cross-border secured credit facility to support a sponsor-backed acquisition of a technology company.
- Represented a national bank as lead arranger and administrative agent in a $540 million asset-based multicurrency credit facility in connection with a leveraged acquisition._
- Represented a national bank as lead arranger and administrative agent in multiple syndicated secured credit facilities in connection with the acquisition of an NBA franchise and the related arena.
- Represented a national bank as lead arranger and administrative agent in a syndicated secured credit facility to support the construction of an NFL stadium.
- Represented a national bank as lead arranger and administrative agent in a $450 million syndicated secured cross-border credit facility.
