Kelly’s practice focuses on financial services litigation, class actions and derivative actions focused on securities laws and fiduciary duties, and general commercial litigation.
Kelly had the privilege of serving as a Seton Hall University School of Law Leadership Fellow, under the direction of the distinguished Professor Paula Franzese, during his time in law school. As a Leadership Fellow, Kelly led after school programs for local middle school and high school children focused on mentorship, networking, and professional development.
During that time, Kelly also interned for the Honorable Judge Rosemary Gambardella, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Judge Patty Shwartz, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
