Jeremiah focuses his practice on discovery services, particularly electronic discovery. His experience includes advising clients on proper search term utilization to cull documents prior to review, managing large teams of attorneys on document review projects, implementation of quality control procedures to ensure review accuracy and efficiency, creation of defensible privilege logs, and assisting trial counsel in deposition and trial preparation.
Jeremiah’s experience also includes advising clients on their collection efforts in responding to discovery requests as well as government and internal investigations. As a part of his discovery services practice, he continually assesses and formulates technology products, methods of review and collection activities to minimize the costs of discovery and maximize efficiency and accuracy for his corporate clients.
Prior to his work in the discovery services field, Jeremiah’s practice focused on financial services and insurance defense litigation. In his practice as a litigator, he regularly prepared pleadings and motions, drafted appellate briefs, conducted witness interviews and depositions, and represented clients at trial and before arbitration panels.
