Josh is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department with both plaintiff and defendant-side expertise across a diverse range of complex civil disputes. Josh focuses particularly on insurance recovery and creditors-rights disputes on the plaintiff side, and he has significant expertise defending large institutional clients in connection with financial-fraud, products-liability, and other mass-tort actions, including class actions, in state and federal court. Josh also maintains non-litigation practices in the areas of data privacy and corporate/financial restructuring.

Josh is a fluent Spanish speaker and maintains a pro bono practice representing clients in immigration proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, Josh clerked for bankruptcy judges in the Northern District of California and Northern District of Florida.
