Alex focuses her practice on commercial and financial services litigation, advising corporate clients in a wide variety of litigation matters. She also represents policyholders in insurance coverage and recovery matters.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Alex served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marianne Espinosa, J.A.D., of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Alex received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School – Newark, and was elected into the Order of the Coif. She also earned a Corporate and Business Law Certificate from Rutgers Law. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review and as a Research Fellow for the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance. Alex holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics, cum laude, from Northeastern University.
