Don focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions in corporate lending transactions. He has experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting secured and unsecured domestic and international syndicated credit facilities, including acquisition financing and asset-based transactions.
Don was a law clerk to the Honorable David N. Naugle, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge of the Central District of California from 2000 to 2002.

- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in $1.05 billion senior secured cross-border and multicurrency credit facilities for floor covering manufacturer.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in $2.8 billion senior unsecured credit facilities in connection with an acquisition for a computer electronics manufacturer.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in $430 million senior unsecured cross-border and multicurrency credit facilities for a swimming pool distributor.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in $320 million of senior unsecured credit facilities for a REIT.
