As Director of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) for the firm, Rosanna leads McGuireWoods’ D&I efforts by assisting practice units, industry leaders, firm leadership and functional departments in achieving the firm’s D&I strategy. She sits on the firm’s Diversity Action Council (DAC), D&I Committee, and Professional Staff D&I Council.
Rosanna has more than two decades of experience in business education consulting across multiple industries. Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Rosanna was executive director of Corporate Education at the College of William & Mary where she designed corporate education programs for executive leaders in manufacturing, healthcare, public accountancy, finance and government organizations. She sat on the college’s D&I committee and served as co-chair for the business school D&I committee.
Additionally, prior to her work in corporate education, Rosanna spent five years in public relations and public affairs in the oil & gas and telecommunications industries. Rosanna earned a bachelor degree in journalism from the University of Alabama, an MPA in management from the University of Alaska, and is a 2023 PhD candidate in Organizational Studies from William & Mary.
