Jacob focuses on representing purchasers, sellers, and other parties in a range of energy transactions, regulatory matters, and other complex M&A issues.
Jacob earned his law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. While in law school, Jacob served as the executive articles editor for the Journal of Business & Technology Law. Jacob interned at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia for the Honorable Elizabeth L. Gunn.
