Jordan’s practice focuses on advocacy for individual and corporate clients across various industries in state and federal government investigations and litigation. He also works to develop effective solutions to corporate compliance challenges. Jordan has experience drafting dispositive motions, completing discovery, and drafting federal compliance materials.
Jordan graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Global Politics and Japanese and then went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. At the University of Virginia, Jordan was an editorial member of the Virginia Law Review, a Law and Public Service Fellow, and the Vice President of the Black Law Students Association. After graduating, he served as a clerk under the Honorable John A. Mendez in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
