Ashley practices within the firm’s healthcare department and advises her clients on a broad range of regulatory, compliance, transactional, and corporate matters, including state corporate practice of medicine doctrines, contract drafting, and due diligence.
Before joining McGuireWoods, first as a summer associate and then as an associate, Ashley served as a legal intern at Loyola University Health System.
Ashley obtained her law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. As a law student, Ashley served as the Topics Editor for the Elder Law Journal and held a research assistant position. Ashley also earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for the highest grades in Employee Benefits, Health Law & Bioethics, and Immigration Law.
