Branden focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He represents clients across multiple industries in all manner of litigation in state and federal courts across the country.
Branden has conducted jury trials in both state and federal court on behalf of some of the firm’s top clients. He has also successfully briefed and argued numerous motions in state and federal court, routinely conducts and defends depositions for trial purposes, and has argued at the appellate level. Branden also has extensive experience negotiating cases to settlement through mediation and without the aid of a neutral third party.
