Noelle graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she distinguished herself academically and professionally. During her time at UC Irvine, Noelle served as an editor of the UC Irvine Law Review, contributing to the publication of critical legal scholarship. She was also an active member of the UC Irvine Community and Development Clinic, where she gained practical experience in advocating for community and development issues. Noelle received the Dean’s Award for highest grade in the California Motions Course and completed 100 hours of pro bono service in her 1st year of law school. Additionally, Noelle demonstrated her commitment to legal education by serving as a teaching assistant for a legal research and writing professor, mentoring fellow students and honing her own skills in legal analysis and communication.

  • Representation of large clothing retailer in its pursuit of substantial sums of insurance coverage under a cyber insurance policy for nearly 2,000 underlying claims alleging violations of the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA).
  • Representation of a commercial landlord in insurance recovery litigation concerning coverage under a commercial property insurance program for substantial losses resulting from government closures of a large shopping center in Orange County during the initial months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Representation of large tile distributor in connection with its pursuit of commercial general liability insurance coverage for more than 40 underlying lawsuits alleging silicosis-related injuries resulting from exposure to metals and dusts over several decades.
