Laura Grace is an associate in the business tax group of McGuireWoods. Her practice focuses on a broad range of transactional tax matters, including mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
Before joining McGuireWoods, Laura Grace was an associate at an international law firm, where she also concentrated on state and local tax matters and unclaimed property. She has extensive experience advising multinational companies and businesses on various state and local tax planning and litigation matters, including with respect to state corporate income/franchise tax, sales and use tax, and property tax.
