Trey’s practice is focused on document discovery. He is experienced in triaging large tranches of corporate communications to identify not only documents that should be produced during large litigation and government investigations, but also sensitive information that should be withheld to protect clients’ rights and business interests.
Prior to his work in discovery, Trey advised a small business owner through the acquisition and start-up of a home services franchise.
