Andrew is a partner in the Debt Finance Group of the Charlotte office of McGuireWoods and focuses his practice on structuring and documenting syndicated lending transactions.
Andrew has assisted in the structuring, negotiating, and documenting of a wide variety of senior debt financing arrangements, including secured and unsecured, single bank and syndicated credit agreements, multicurrency and cross-border financing facilities, and leveraged acquisition financings. He has experience with syndicated and bilateral financings across a range of sectors, including sports, manufacturing, technology, consumer and retail, energy and healthcare.
While earning his JD at Wake Forest, Andrew received a CALI Award for the highest grade in Secured Transactions. He was also captain of the 2015 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

- Representation of alternative lender as the administrative agent and arranger in connection with a $195 million senior secured credit facility to a manufacturer of aerospace products.
- Representation of the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $275 million senior secured credit facility to an NHL franchise.
- Representation of the administrative agent and arranger in connection with a $35 million senior secured credit facility for renovation and construction of a football stadium.
- Representation of the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $7 billion senior secured multicurrency credit facility to a mercantile exchange.
- Representation of alternative lender as the administrative agent and arranger in a $75 million senior secured credit facility in connection with the acquisition of a technology company.
- Representation of the administrative agent and arranger in a $215 million senior secured credit facility in connection with the acquisition of a retail company.
