Megan is a litigation associate in the Pittsburgh office of McGuireWoods LLP. While Megan has experience with a variety of litigation matters, her practice is primarily focused on financial services litigation.
Megan has a strong commitment to pro bono practice and has represented asylum seekers and incarcerated individuals to overcome legal barriers to relief.
Megan previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert B. King of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Prior to law school, Megan worked on Capitol Hill for Representatives Nick J. Rahall II of West Virginia and Ted Lieu of California.
