Katie focuses her practice on representing individuals and corporations in regulatory and other proceedings involving the United States government.
She graduated with Highest Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as an articles editor on the North Carolina Law Review. She most recently clerked for the Honorable David B. Sentelle on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
